1. With the help of a partner spread the center Label section over me as you hold me close against your chest.
2. As you hold me tight with one hand, place one loose end under your arm, across your back and over the opposite shoulder.
3. Spread it over me towards your opposite hip.
4. Do the same with the other piece, keeping the fabric tight as you wrap me.
5. Tie a double knot here or around in the front.
6. You may tuck my head in inside the shoulder piece if I am sleepy, and spread the fabric out over me for support
